Our sliding windows have been skillfully engineered with a pivot system that enables window sashes to turn inward, giving you easy access to the exterior of the window. There is no longer a need to pull out the ladder and climb through bushes in order to clean the outside of your windows.

Swing & Clean Slider Windows from Window World of Houston have also been built with a Dura Brake pivot/glide shoe which forces the sashes to lock in place when they are opened beyond fourty degrees. This prevents the sash from moving around when the window is opened for cleaning purposes. And in case any problems should ever arise with your new sliding window, these replacement windows are backed by Window Worldof Houston’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

2. Vinyl frames and sashes will never chip, peel, crack or warp. Made tough and solid with virgin vinyl (PVC) powder, their color is formulated throughout so the beautiful luster lasts.
3. Dura Brake™ pivot/glide shoe forces sash to lock in position when opened beyond four degrees, preventing sash movement when the window is opened for cleaning.
4. Interlock at sash meeting rails creates a tight seal against air infiltration while adding security and comfort.
