Not a lot of salespeople are personal like this and it was refreshing. Then when it came to our install, the team was fast and courteous! Window World ordered replacements and within a month had them replaced by their Service Team. The installers were prompt, professional and did an excellent job in replacing both windows and took away the faulty ones. Very happy customer.
